Protesting is not a crime!

YDSA stands with Rick Toledo!

On the 6th of March, campus police raided Rick Toledo’s home in the middle of the night and arrested him, holding him for 2 days without charges.

Once again in the middle of the night, on March 19th, campus police returned to Toledo’s home with a warrant and seized his laptop, phone, and multiple other electronics including his gaming systems.

This is clear intimidation.

He is now facing four felony charges: false imprisonment, conspiracy to commit, assault, and battery, adding up to 14 years in prison. This is an attack on free speech and campus activism by CPH administration. These charges are absurd and completely unwarranted.
