Portland Contra Las Deportaciones Stands with Rick Toledo

Portland Contra las Deportaciones stands in solidarity with Rick Toledo. Toledo is a graduate student and member of Students for a Democratic Society at Cal Poly Tech- Humboldt. He is facing criminal charges for daring to stand with Palestine and demand his campus divest from Israeli bonds. We demand that no charges be brought against him!

Protesting is not a crime! We know that Toledo's arrest is meant to suppress student activism and the pro-Palestine movement at Cal Poly Humboldt. An attack on one is an attack on all, and we will support any call to action in support of Toledo. We condemn the arrest of Toledo and any threat of criminal charges.

Students have the right to protest and struggle for justice. We stand with the students of Humboldt in their fight for Palestine, and in their fight for a democratic society, on and off campus. We call on everyone to dare to struggle and demand that no charges be brought against Rick Toledo!
