Dallas Fort Worth Anti-War Committee Condemns Arrest of Rick Toledo
The DFW Anti-War Committee condemns the arrest of student organizer Rick Toledo and demands that all charges against him be dropped.
Rick Toledo is facing years of prison time over a sit-in demanding his university, Cal Poly Humboldt, stop bankrolling the genocide in Palestine. While war profiteers and weapons manufacturers continue to rake in billions of dollars to perpetuate death, people of conscience are at risk of imprisonment.
We demand the charges against Rick Toledo be dropped and we lift up the demand to end university investment in the weapons industry.
